Trinity Primary School currently has 11 Governor's. The full Governing body meets 3 times a year, with two sub-committees dealing with different areas in greater detail.

The two subcommittees are as follows:

1. Business & Resource - Chair Rachael Smith, Lyndsey Manning, Anna Eccleston, Olivia Pope. In attendance will also be Anne Griffiths and James Richardson. Minuting will be completed by Fran Lennon
2. Standards Curriculum (will include SEN) which is split into two sections. Learning & Planning and Assessment & Improvement. Chair Ken Bush, Nick Rynn, Lyndsey Manning, Becky Bowen, Saffron Truelove. In attendance will also be James Richardson. Minuting will be completed by Fran Lennon.

Nick Rynn will also undertake the role of Link (Lead) Governor for Safeguarding and Pupil Premium and Wellbeing, with these being a standing item in the full Governor meetings and Nick reporting back along with James.

Set aside of these sub-committees, there is a Pay Review Panel which will consist of the Chair, Business & Resource Chair and Standards & Curriculum Chair. If and when needed, an Appeals Panel will be announced who will only need to meet once a year.
